Embrix Prints Refund & Order Resolution Policy

At Embrix Prints, every item is custom-made specifically for each customer. Because our products are personalized and created to your specifications, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Order Issues & Resolution

Your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to find a reasonable solution.

We Will Assist If:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • Your order arrived damaged.
  • There was a printing or production error made by Embrix Prints.
  • The item does not match the approved design or order details.

Reporting an Issue

If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Failure to report issues within 7 days may result in our inability to provide a resolution.

Resolution Options

At our discretion, we may:

  • Repair the issue if possible
  • Reprint or remake the item
  • Provide a replacement item
  • Offer store credit when appropriate

Customer-Provided Errors

Embrix Prints is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including but not limited to:

  • Misspelled names, words, or phrases
  • Incorrect dates or information
  • Low-quality images or artwork provided by the customer
  • Design approvals given before production

Please carefully review all proofs and order details before approving production.

Shipping Issues

Embrix Prints is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, we will do our best to assist customers in resolving carrier-related issues.
